Our service area for events is mainly within the Big Bear Valley. Contact us if you’d like to discuss support for an event outside our main service area.

What type of vehicles do you have?
For special events we offer XL SUVs and passenger vans up to 14 passengers.
What is the max number of guests you can transport?
We don’t have a max! Let us know your guest count and we’ll work with you to get them to and from your event.
Can you transport guests off-road?
While it definitely adds a layer of complexity and cost, it is totally doable! Between our own vehicles and our in-town off-road partner, we can work with you to get your guests into areas like Holcomb Valley and beyond.
Do you only offer the above three types of event support?
We are happy to provide transportation for whatever your event is! These are just the most common for us.
Can you pick up my guests at the airport?
Absolutely! Ontario, LAX – you name it! We’re happy to help with airport transportation for your guests.
