The most common question for us with long-distance trips is: “How far are do you go?”, to which we answer: “How much are you willing to pay?” We don’t have service areas for long-distance trips, but here are some of the most common and farthest trips we’ve taken to-date. (*Farthest trip to-date)

We understand that things happen and getting reliable transportation on or off the mountain can be difficult if not impossible. Jazzy Bear offers long-distance transportation including rides up, down, and across the mountain. Our only requirement is that you are coming to or leaving Big Bear.
For long-distance rides you can call us on-demand, but availability is more likely with some advance notice.
Our pricing for long-distance rides is by the hour. We have weekday, weekend, and holiday/winter pricing*. Time of day also factors into pricing. Call for a quote on your specific trip.
*Major holidays/holiday weekends: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr., President’s, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving
**Winter road conditions include, but are not limited to: active snowfall or sleet, icy roads, snow-covered roads. We look at inclement and active weather patterns as well.
During these scenarios, demand for long-distance support is high and requires additional expertise to appropriately navigate additional traffic and road condition risks.
Upon request we can certainly provide a vehicle that is equipped to handle larger groups! Contact us to discuss; this type of request requires some pre-planning.
