While riding in a Jazzy Bear car – including vehicles owned by our contractors – this damages policy is in effect.
If any damage by you or your group ensues to a Jazzy Bear vehicle, we will assess the damage(s) to determine liability. If it is deemed you and your group are liable for such damages, such as but not limited to excessive stains, tears, broken glass, broken handles, excessive external scratches which require buffing or like treatment, and any other similar damage, the damage(s) will be noted and reviewed with you and your group. Once reviewed with you, a separate invoice for damages will be submitted to you for payment. Other incidentals are considered normal wear and tear, such as normal spills without staining, excess dirt or mud, etc.
If the damages include excessive stains of any kind, a detailing service selected by Jazzy Bear Ride Service will be contracted to remove the stains. The cost of the detailing will be forwarded to the client for immediate and complete (100%) reimbursement to Jazzy Bear Ride Service.
Absolutely NO smoking is allowed near or inside the vehicle. Nicotine-based vapes may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and only with an open window. If passengers do not adhere to this policy, they will be asked once to adhere, and then returned to their pickup location if unable to follow this policy.
