Bookings and Cancellations

Call or text us at 909-375-6799 to set up an in-town, long-distance, or dedicated driver trip.

You can absolutely book ahead – and we encourage this during busier times of the year! We call this a booking (or reservation) and will set you up with a specific pickup time at your desired location. Bookings need to be set up no less than 2 hours in advance. You will receive a notification 30 minutes before your pickup time and another when then driver arrives. Please note: we require payment in advance for reservations.

If you want to be picked up as soon as possible, you can call us and we will add you to our queue. Once added, you will receive an ETA via text message.

You must be 18 years old to schedule a ride with us. We can transport minors with parental consent. Proof of age and relationship may be requested for minors.

We hate to see you go, but understand plans change! Give us a call or text to cancel or reschedule.

Payment and Discounts

We take card, Venmo, and cash*. We do not take Zelle or CashApp.

*Cash: we can accept cash for in-town rides. For long-distance rides leaving the mountain we also accept cash as long as it’s paid before we leave. We do not accept cash for packages such as special events or dedicated drivers.

Absolutely! We just ask that you call in to do so. PLEASE DO NOT text us your card information. We will immediately delete it.

We can also send you a payment link via our payment processing system (Square) so you can type the card information in at your convenience. 

Yes, you can save your card on file and we recommend doing so when you plan to (or have done) multiple rides with us. It is the most convenient way to pay for continuous service with us and we never charge your card without confirming first.

If you would lie to do so, please call us and we will take your card information over the phone. We input it directly into Square who hides the card information once added to the system.

Yes! We offer military and senior (65+) discounts for all eligible riders as well as local discounts for residents. Mention this when booking. Your driver may not be authorized to allow discounts.

Please note that all discounts are dropped in the following situations:

  • Off-hours requests; requests where the start or end time is outside of our normal hours.
  • Holiday weekends; the exception to this rule is Veteran’s weekend where we typically offer an additional discount to veterans and active military with valid ID.

 

Vehicle types and capacity

Our standard vehicles are 4-passenger SUVs or crossovers with 4×4 or AWD so we can drive throughout the year. 

If you need something bigger for your group, contact us so we can set you up with an XL SUV or passenger van!

We have no limit to the amount of people we can take on in-town rides. If you call us on-demand, we typically handle larger groups with multiple drivers or back-to-back trips which just means we split up your group and have the driver(s) do as many trips as it takes for your group to arrive at their destination.

For the best large group experience, we recommend booking ahead so we can make a van or XL SUV available and avoid multiple trips. Contact us for information on large group options and pricing!

At this time we do not have ADA-style accessible vehicles. We will provide as much support as possible to ensure the vehicle is as accessible as possible, but cannot make any guarantees. Please let us know when you book your ride if you need additional support in entering or exiting the vehicle so we can make a note for the driver.

As dog-owners ourselves, we are happy to have dogs of most sizes! Small dogs can be on your lap while larger dogs may need to be on the floor or in our back cargo space (depending on the vehicle sent). Please be sure to tell us ahead of time about your furry friend so we can plan accordingly.

If you have a different service animal or need to transport an animal on your trip, please call to discuss so we can determine how best to accommodate. 

  • For these rides, we will only accept credit card which we will save on file and the ride must be prepaid. If your animal leaves anything behind, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee to the card.
