We operate a little differently on July 4th every year to help as many people as possible. It is an ever-evolving process, so we appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to maximize efficiency on one of the busiest days of the year.

When booking, please have the following information ready:
Your first name
Pickup & Dropoff addresses*
Passenger count
*If your pickup and/or dropoff location is a place of business, you can simply tell the dispatcher the name of the business.
Card payments will be the only method accepted on July 4.
We will send a payment link which must be completed PRIOR to dispatching a driver.
Payment links will have Apple and Google Pay options for convenience and speed.
Your drivers happily accept cash for tips.
The shuttle service will be available post-fireworks from a single pickup location just outside of the village. It will service Big Bear Lake (including Moonridge) and Big Bear City. This service will NOT be going west of the village. Tickets are $10 per person and may be purchased in advance or at the shuttle pickup.
Standard rides can be requested via our standard dispatch line. This is ideal for anyone who is going west of the village or further east than Maple Rd.
Book ahead to ensure the van is available for a reservation time prior to 6pm. After the fireworks, our shuttle and standard ride service options apply.

This is applicable for any large groups who have a reservation for the van. Due to cleaning times for the carpets, this is our max for July 4. Call for questions.
We know our furry friends can have a hard time with the big booms, so any signs of anxiety from your pup mean you'll need to wait for a standard ride or a smaller capacity shuttle trip.
This is not a new rule, but a reminder. Small doggoss on laps, big doggos on the floor. In the shuttle, big doggos are only allowed in the front row or the first side seat.
