The Go Pass from Jazzy Bear is your ticket to all the events happening in Big Bear Lake during Labor Day weekend!
Each per-person pass includes a set number of one-way rides to get you to and from events and your lodging.

Your Go Pass is purchased online and you will receive a color-coded wristband at your first pickup. At each pickup, included your first one, your shuttle driver will mark your wristband with an “x”. When you have reached the max number of trips allowed for your tier, your wristband is no longer valid. You may purchase additional stops or call us for a standard ride.
We will only be picking up at establishments, lodging, or locations in Big Bear Lake, Big Bear City, and Sugarloaf. If you are not in one of these areas, you will need to get to a location in these areas and we can pick you up from there.
NOTE: Big Bear City does not include Baldwin Lake, Erwin Lake, or Lake Williams. Call or text if you have questions.

Any of the above events are included in the Go Pass.
If you are LEAVING the rodeo and want to go to one of the route stops (see map below), you do not have to use one of your Go Pass trips. This route is completely free, but you MUST get on the Rodeo shuttle, not the Go Pass shuttle.
All Go Passes are one price fits all. Kiddos are welcome with an accompanying adult and will be charged the full rate.
CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RIDE THE SHUTTLE ALONE.
While our company is typically dog-friendly, the shuttle will be a case-by-case exception to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers. Call ahead and day-of to confirm.
We currently do not offer specialized shuttles with features such as wheelchair lifts. If you are able to use 1-2 steps, we are able to accommodate you no problem. We hope to have ADA shuttles in the future to be able to accommodate all passengers.

If you have a Go Pass, your rides FROM the rodeo do not impact your maximum ride count if you're going to one of the stops on our route; only rides TO the rodeo and stops outside of the route.

Were you a responsible cowboy/cowgirl and left your vehicle behind at a public lot after a night of debauchery?
We appreciate you taking the responsible route so much, we're offering 100% FREE rides back to your car in the morning. Ask your driver for a flyer before getting off the shuttle for the night.
All you have to do is call or text starting at 8am the next morning and present the Responsibility Roundup flyer to us when your board the shuttle.
